My seasonal camper contract isn’t being renewed at the resort so I’ve decided to sell it.
It’s a 1996 Dutchman 350 35′ Camper.
In the living room area, there are 3 windows. One on each wall which gives a perfect view of a lake or river front.
The only item I know of that doesn’t work is the gauges for the drinking water tank, and the black and grey water tanks. Course I haven’t used the gauges in the last two campers I’ve owned anyway.
I’m not sure if the drinking water holding tank works as this unit has always been connected to a hydrant.
The lot does not come with the camper. Although you can check with the resort to see if they have other openings. It appears there maybe a few.
Gas forced air heat
Gas or electric hot water heater
Central Air conditioning
Roll up awning
3 burner stove/oven with hood
Refrigerator is gas or electric (I’ve never used gas)
Double or queen size bed in the Master bedroom
Kitchen table turns into a bed
Living room sofa folds out into a bed.
Comfortable sleeps 4 to 6 depending on how close of a relationship you have
Wooden decks (2) and steps included.
12 and 110v lighting. Most all 12v lights have been converted to LEDs
2 35 pound lp tanks included.
1 full 100 pound tank included
Roof does not leak today. (but with all campers we never know about tomorrow)
Outside of camper was washed at the end of summer.
Most all furniture included
Small bathroom with tub and shower
New last year foot pedal toilet.
Tires are in reasonable shape and hold air well.
