It depends on how far you’re willing to haul it. Allied recyclers in St. Paul will take them I believe, but call to confirm. They take almost everything else, so it would surprise me if they didn’t.
Almost everyone’s charging a few for TVs and appliances now. Outside of the occasional county/city funded cleanups, only Best Buy seems to offer anything close to no net cost.

What size? There a number of free one’s, but it is only free up to about 32″. That is if my aging brain is correct.
