Used truck?

    Ive been looking for a used truck for the last few weeks and found what I’m looking for the only problem is it’s in Wisconsin. How does a Minnesota resident buy a car from WI? Who’s sales tax do I pay? Is it a pain in the butt? Should I just keep looking for a MN truck? Thanks for the help guys

    Pretty sure you pay mn tax when you register it.

    Is it from a dealer or private party? As a WI resident, I bought a truck from a MN dealer a couple years ago and they handled all the paper work and got it registered in WI for me. It was a piece of cake. I can’t imagine this would be a big deal even if it is from a private party.

    What kind of truck are you going to get? Hopefully, something that gets 40 mpg.

    Spent 92.00 to fill up the Yukon yesterday. Can’t wait to start putting gas in both the truck and boat.

    Not percisley sure but I do know those DMV gals in Waconia are the BEST I have found. I will only go there, no run around at all and they do all the paperwork for you.
