Welcome aboard. I guess you can see already you’ll have to keep your eyes on some of these youngsters. As far as the grass carp goes, I’ll have to agree with them though. Enjoy the site and don’t be afraid to post. We’re all pretty harmless in a Jeff Foxworthy kind of way.
February 3, 2005 at 2:48 am #340475Nkrista..Thanx for being a bass girl! I’d take you out anytime…..What’s that dear???? come wash the dishes???? And take out the garbage????….And help the kids with their homework????….ok……Nkrista….I’ll have to ok it with my family first….But WELCOME ABOARD ANYWAY!!!!!!

I tell ya the site is addicting!!!!!!
in no time we’ll have you kickin that bass problem ya got!I did, now I’m addicted to the “eye” and my only problem is now I really have to learn to fish.
February 3, 2005 at 3:54 am #340495Welcome to the best midwest fishing network around!
I’ve already given my seat to Bill on Sunday.
Otherwise I would have offered it to you.
Saturday I’m planning on running up to the Linstrom area to fish with Chappy. Interested in coming along? No Bass, but hopefully a pan full of bluegills.
That’s one thing about this site, it doesn’t matter who you are…there’s something for everyone…and the harrassment in handed out evenly.

Welcome to the site NKRISTA. Take it from me, don’t trust any of these guys. Especially the members of the ‘old farts club’.
Herb is the oldest phart we have!! He’s older than me..hell, he’s even older than BFD……..rumor has it he may be older than dirtWelcom to the site NKrista88..great to have you!

See what I mean?

Did you borrow that outfit from Buckshot?
February 3, 2005 at 4:49 am #340518Would you look at this!
Welcome a new girl to the site and Briank wants to compare closets!
For Pete’s sake!
Oh wait……. I forgot…… You don’t call it a closet. It’s a portable shelter!
February 3, 2005 at 5:03 am #340520Welcome NKRISTA
. I’ve been hanging around here for nearly four years. Fantastic place to learn, meet great people, have a lot of fun and share fishin’ stories.
Don’t worry too much about the bass problem. I spent most of my 20’s chasing them. When they got to be like shootin’ ducks in a barrel, I decided to move on to a challenging fish, and been chasing the eyes for a while now. Still like a smally from time to time though!February 3, 2005 at 11:39 am #340543See what I mean about watching out for these old farts?
Would you trust a guy in pink chiffon(sp)? Their choice for color match is always the first to go. Chartruese is the color for golf Briank. How many times must you be told? Big B is a fibber. He’s the one taking a nap near his holes at the GTG saturday. Did anyone get pics of that? And Big Fish Dude was the one who fell off his bucket when he tried to stand up friday. Now who’s old?February 3, 2005 at 11:58 am #340545Quote:

Or as in the case of Briank, a fish holding a crusty guy!
February 3, 2005 at 12:23 pm #340548Caution NKRISTA: Fishing with Briank is commonly known as “dragging” while fishing with any of the rest of us would be called trolling!
February 3, 2005 at 12:54 pm #340555I don’t recall seeing any “old farts” getting rides home in squad cars last weekend either.
Eyejacker…I’ll share my seat with you sometime this summer too….

If you ever have an open seat for fishing and have a fast bass boat I doubt she would turn down the offer.
Welcome NKrista88, Glad to hear you like chasing bass. My boat will do about 74 mph. Is that fast enough????
February 3, 2005 at 5:04 pm #340606Welcome to the site!!
Ignore Chappy….we all do.
Except for the grass carp thing…I am sorry to hear that as well.February 3, 2005 at 5:23 pm #340614

You must fight the force, next thing you know you will be trolling constantly and your ears will start to get pointed. Just like a troll.
Mike,
You are lucky us walleye nuts are easy going! I have been known to give green carp anglers a rough ride on Mille Lacs without a seat to sit in!!Welcome aboard NKrista88!
February 3, 2005 at 6:16 pm #340635Nice dress BrianK, but I’m thinking Pink’s just not your color!
– Thanks everyone for the warm welcome!!!
February 3, 2005 at 6:19 pm #340637Welcome aboard! No matter what these eye guy’s say, it is ALWAYS nice to have another bass angler around.
February 3, 2005 at 6:53 pm #340651I gotta agree Bassin’ has its benefits. You can learn how to use a lot of different equipment, and you can learn how to use a vast array of baits, as the bass will eat anything that gets in front of their face!
It’s kinda like learning to crawl before you walk. Get the basics down, then move on to a much bigger (and more fulfilling) challenge!
