The most unhappy employees I ever had all thought my job as the owner was easy. Their thought process was “I’m doing all the work and he makes the big bucks”.
That being said I wish I could have made 300 times what my employees took home every 2 weeks.
My mind set was it wouldn’t be right to do that.
I also had several employees that worked for me anywhere from 15 to 25 years.

Many of the 3 lanes here in Wisconsin the far left lane is for passing and semi’s are prohibited. I think this is why most semi’s are in the center lane.

Fished a County Park lake Sunday. Driving in I saw a 6 pointer with both sides still attached.

Stay in GB and trailer to Suamico or Oconto. NW and N winds are your friend. Any winds different than those 10 MPH max with small boats. SW, E,or NE are the worst directions.

I sit 95% of the time. I have a small folding chair. Just knees to grab fish. Walking out is enough standing for me because of 49 years of working/standing on concrete.
