Sounds like you may have the manual control I think you can upgrade to the electronic control and it will be more accurate. That or buy a Memphis Grill. HA HA,

Just an FYI it will drop we have Potlatch mills up north that now have more lumber than demand. Demand is still high but with prices at al all time high and inventory high it will begin to drop.

We use a 1 1/2 HP pump easily bought from Northern tool or ? Add 2″ suction hose in to the lake with a check valve and suction end of some sort. Run a 1 1/2″ up to multiple t’s to a set of hose valves to attach hoses and sprinklers to and you are good to go. Our pump is 240 volt and will push 10-14 sprinkler heads at once.

Super nice boat. I had a 2009 and had a 150 on it last year they were rated for a 150. Ran about 41-42 full load. Big boat. I made a front deck extension out of 2 x 4’s and plywood and carpeted it. 2 can easily cast all day form there and still have the 2nd seat in place. You will not be disappointed. ne day at a landing a guy made me an offer I could not refuse as fished tournaments and wanted the 150. I replaced it with a 2008 Warrior 1890. Good Luck!

Yup and the state of Minnesota just reintroduced a Federal Loan Assessment tax on all employers paying unemployment tax on employees. it is an additional 4% bases on your total quarterly UI taxes due. When they extended the Unemployment and upped the weekly benefit amount, they said it would not effect the employers rates, well they found a way to make us pay anyway. Gotta Love taxing Timmy and his cronies.

The Sonos hard wires speakers to the system so you have that option.

Look at the Sonos systems. You can get one that hooks to your existing amp or a powered one. It works over your wireless internet and you can get the app for your phone to control songs volume etc.. I have one and love it and have installed several for customers.

Lots of ways to do it. I Minnesota once you have a meter on site and I assume WI is the same you can actually run from the meter to the garage not from the house panel. Then it is not a sub panel anymore but a new service thus the ground is not needed. If you run from a panel to another panel then it is considered a sub panel and you need a ground and you need to isolate the neutrals (white wires) and ground in the sub panel and you will need an additional ground bar and do not insert the green screw thru the neutral bar to the can of the panel, One would attach the ground bar to the can of the panel, thus isolating the neutral wires from the can of the sub panel and grounds. Not complicated just a procedure to follow. Run from the meter to he shop and make it easy and more cost effective, just remember any separate building fed from any source still needs 2 ground rods driven at it. As far a wire size 100 amp you need to run 1/0 aluminum or #2 copper.

Yup a good way to make money. Remember back in the early 70’s they paid Joe Namath to use Nair I think to shave his legs. I still remember the song form the commercials.

So here is the sheet I based the cost from Says $869.00 of the tracks. Talk about a beating paid over $3500.0 for the tracks if they have 200 miles on them I would be surprised. So I would prefer to sell it as a whole but hey make me an offer. Cal me at 218-556-0710 if you want to talk more tomorrow.

This is a confusing subject. My last English Setter was a fussy eater we fed him everything from Purina to Pro Plan to Kibbles and Bits. We added cheese, yogurt, chicken broth but still a fussy eater. Some days he ate everything next day left it. His favorite treat was cheese sticks. He lived to almost 18 years old. Go figure!! Now we have a new setter, ate like an animal for the first 10 to 11 months no matter what you put in front of him he ate everything and fast. All at once he just quit and is now in the same mode as our last Setter. We have been feeding him Munster Milling food out of Texas recommended by the breeder from Iowa. Now eats once a day. We give him no table food except you guessed it Cheese Sticks. Not sure what to try next!

Ya I am looking at Cross lake. Sorry saw small and assumed incorrectly. I can access the lake easily so a really small skit is all I need. I agree with Joe Ridgeline is one of the few doing small wheel houses. I think Ice Forts In Baxter will do small Yetties as well. Shell only etc.

Tomato tamato Dave. Seems like you are looking for an argument. A snow cave is not a structure and the dead poles used to hold up the tarp are firewood for the last day. In winter you can camp where you want on the ice the outfitters do it all the time no worries. Try not to read more into a post than is actually there.

I lived and grew up there and have seen the changes first hand. When we were young we used to snowmobile from Ely to Sag in a day stop in and visit Dorthey Molter, drank her famous root beet and she always had coffee on. We also visited others in the area that lived there all year long. Brought them food and other necessities. We fished it as well. Long ride on a 1970 Rupp 25hp machine. If my memory serves me right last trip was the winter of 1972. My dad loved the place and took us there a lot especially in winter to trout fish. I am sure that others here have done the same.

Dave we did this over 30 years ago before all the new namby pamby rules. Guess unless you have all the newest latest greatest equipment you cannot go there anymore. Sorry I spent many days in the BWCA camping, hunting and fishing. We were so far out in the woods even the wardens never came out that far. We would drive the ice road from Crane Lake up thru Lac Lacroix then ski back into some trout lakes never saw a soul except the natives from the village on the Canadian side. I find it hard to believe a snow cave is considered a structure and cutting dead wood for poles or a fire is legal.

I have done a ton of this in my past. First bring a tent or make a shelter, how when you first get there make a big snow pile, let it settle then dig out the center and a door, cut some dead poles to make a roof structure then cover it with a tarp. Put snow or bows on the floor or your pads and cozy up. You will get some condensation on the tarp from breath but you can deal with it. You will wake up with wet sleeping bags on top but simply take a tarp and lay it on the snow and lay your bag on it during the day and you will be surprised how fast that moisture disappears even at -20. Next is fire figure it out. Snuggle up next to shore in the rocks find a place that has rocks just above the ice to build your fire and a flat rock on top of the fire box area is even better. Bring extra food. Boil water filters freeze up. Nothing more satisfying or fun. Dress in layers to shed and layer up. I have been out sleeping under the stars in -30 new years eave more than once. To old now but when I was 25 game on!! PM me for more info if you want.

Brid feeding is slow. Still Have Robins in the apple trees, some grosbeaks. Smaller birds have been less due to low snow cover. Had 1 Cardinal. A bit slow in northerner MN. It was game on a while ago but slowed. Have had 4 grouse in the apple trees each morning. Fun to watch.

Sounds like you have a switch loop we call it. If all you have in the box is the black and white and ground just hook the two together and fold the ground back unused. You are good to go. In this case the power is in the light box and they hook the white of a 2 wire romex to the hot in the light box and return on the black that hooks to the light. Not uncommon. By todays codes you can still do this but you always need a neutral in any switch box.
