Sounds like an electrical problem. First thing I would do is check the pressure switch to make sure it has power and is closed. Then I would test the capacitor.

Look for the shadows on the bottom. Crappie will cast a round/oval shadow on si.

For sure there are bass in the Tamarack. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if they catch them in the main lake. I would concentrate my efforts in or near the river if I was targeting them.

I’d look to see if the 20hp carb or kit had a different part#. It could be a different carb, ignition, flywheel, intake, or a few of those to change the hp.

There is literally millions of feet of copper nat gas piping in the twin city metro area. Never seen white flakey stuff on the inside. I have noticed a dark color inside copper when using propane.

Ah… most volt meters are not rated for the voltage a spark plug operates at. I wouldn’t risk damaging any of mine doing it. An in-line spark tester is cheap and effective.

Simms challenger un-insulated. Spend a few bucks more for some quality.

If your hookset isn’t hard enough to peel drag, than it needs to be harder! Walleye can hold a jig tight enough to not get hooked. I’ve done and seen it many times. Half way up they open up and shake the jig out because the hook wasn’t in anything. I run 8lb mono on rattle reels and I have found there really isn’t a way to break my line during a Hookset. I bet I couldn’t even break it using a 40″ rod in 30′ of water.

Wyoming canvas made one for my jon boat about 10 years ago. Still holding up great. 24/7/365 outside. Hopefully they still use the same material because my crestliner is due for a good snap on cover.

I wonder if an ozone generator would help. I used one to get a musty smell out of my topper carpet a few years ago. No smell since.

I turned on the bug zapper last night when one dive bombed me at the grill. BTW, the comp blend pellets are all I use.

I checked a few lakes in east central mn, I’d say it’s done here. I’m sure people will be out, but not me! Saw multiple open water spots where there is typically good ice. Looks like a good weekend to prep the boat.

I did mine thru silencershop it was easy. I believe they set it up so the trust “owns” the suppressor. Then you and whomever are added to the trust so more than one person can be in possession of it legally. Everyone listed on the trust has to go through the fed paperwork and background checks.

The only thing fishermen like more than catching fish is complaining about other people catching more fish than them.

The only downside to the top strap is it messes up your hair.

Nitecore hc65 is what I currently use. It is a great light. Rechargeable battery that you can replace. It also lasts a full work day and then some. I used foxelli for a while, but the power cord from the battery pack to light kept breaking.

I use glow paint then dip them in glitter (large flakes). As the glitter falls off with use, the glow paint shines thru more.

    Works now! Thanks!

Thanks Dave – this seems more like an application firewall issue. The file you attached was taken at 6:02, just before you posted. I found an event logged with your IP address so I’m pretty sure it was your upload attempt.

I have changed some thresholds for the rules to hopefully allow you to change your profile image. Please try again and let me know if it works.

    Thanks!
