Hillhiker, thanks for info. Thinking about new boat, and batteries that I will need for everything. I was thinking about 1 battery to run boat(including power steering), 1 battery to run electronics (3-4 solix, mega live, possible m360), and 3 tm batteries. What are guys doing that are Merc system? 6 batteries?

I just looked at Skeeter website, and I didn’t see the 2060 on there. Just 1910 and 2200. Did Skeeter pull that model?

Thanks guys. I got my info from the salesman that sold me my Warrior, but I have gotten a lot of wrong info from him. Just double checking.

Looks like you need to raise it. That is a set back plate, not a jack plate. You will have to raise the motor on the plate, but after a closer look you are already in the 3rd hole from top. I had a 2016 wx2060 with the 250 sho, and I had all of your problems. The motor was in the 2nd hole from top, moved to the 3rd hole from top, proposing got much better. Then went with a 20″ Bravo 1 4 blade and that did the trick. I was turning 5900rpm and running 53mph with full load. I moved to a 2190 in 2018, that boat had the Atlas jackplate and trim tabs. It was an absolute beast. I was running the sds20 prop that came with boat. Awesome setup. You might give the boys at Skeeter Boat Center a call as well.

I just looked up the Uflex system online, they have made some changes? That opens up some really cool options. Because it was either the Mercury Mertens system or going with a Warrior pro tiller. Both very good systems, but now we have more choices!

Good for you. Let us know what you think of the Uflex steering. I was under the impression that the Coast Guard was not approving that style of steering. That should make you a really sweet rig.

Nice, that sounds about right to me. With the Yamaha what steering system are you using? I sure hated seeing Evinrude bite the dust right after their introduction of the power tiller system they have. Enjoy that new rig!

Guys, thanks for the responses. Bigstick56, sounds like you have your sport dialed in very well. I ran a 250 SHO for a couple seasons and that thing goes into beast mode with the drop of throttle, and has manners around the dock. Dave sounds like you are a big fan of tte 205 tiller, I figured that dude would run a litte faster with a 150. You mention the power steering, is that the Evinrude power steering that Evinrude had developed? I am mulling some things over and may be making a change.

I would like to have both believe me. I wanted to go toan Ultrex, but I was told that it will not fit the front of my Warrior. So, no front TM Mount options with an Ulterra. Not sure where to mount all the poles. So need to make a decision on which to go with. Leaning towards a live product.

    Brian,
Sure, sounds to me like you don’t have the proper gauge wire running from your cranking battery to your units. You need to have 10-gauge marine grade wire. Do not run it thru your fuse panel. I set up fuses right at the battery terminal, then run the wiring to your units. Take a look at Sea Clear Power, they have a wiring kit that is awesome. Beats trying to figure it all out yourself, and they have a battery shut off switch. That is what I will be using the next time I rig up a boat. Good luck on solving your problem.

Yes, I love my Lowrance. And being out of Huron, Ohio on lake Erie really helps those as well. We have jet/spoon bite going on here right now. I think I will go out this morning. Keep your hooks sharp!

Dutchboy, that was an upgrade. I do some trailering, and that trailer is awesome. I fish Western basin of lake Erie, Detroit river, St. Clair river. In fact heading there next week for smallies and musky.

MLG,. Thanks, I am really pleased how the boat has come out. Speed I am a getting is in the 38-39mph, by myself with stock prop.

I ran a 2006 Ranger 620T with 150hp Opti. She ran just over 50mph with a tempest, 19″ pitch if memory serves me. That boat was a blast to run. I just went back to a tiller this year. Hope you find/found a Skeeter wx2000t.

Guys, finally…the Ulterra came in and was installed. Got out yesterday with the CFO and caught a bunch of walleyes. I have my Helix 10 hooked up to Ulterra, which has ipilot link, and MSI/DI transducer. The HDS
12 live has a thru Hull transducer, and a 2n1 AI transducer for SI/DI. I think the Lowrance has had the best 2d on the market. I have tracks both sides, and a full array of Cisco rod holders. Boat, speed control with this thing is awesome. She is a really smooth ride on Erie. I love it. Way to go Warrior! Hope the pics come thru.

Yea, thanks for the responses guys. I was pretty sure when I typed in the question I was going to have to get the hub. Was hoping someone might have an answer. I have found a couple on line for $260. Now I have to figure out where to mount everything. I have a Warrior 1890bt. Normally new boats are fun, but with all these crazy shortages have taken all the fun out of it. Let’s go Brandon!

MG, yes that is disappointing. I am new to the HB world. Been a Lowrance guy, trying something different. HB is a lot different in how you have to set them up.

Yeah, I have looked all over for those items and have not been able to find them. I have been told my troll motor will be in next week🤞. I fish by myself a lot and I am looking forward to having my autopilot and spot lock. It is like having an extra pair of hands.

Wow, I have gotten caught in the great backorder quagmire. I am still waiting for MK Ulterra, HBM360, and Helix 10. I have been told Ulterra to be in next week, but I have heard that several times on this rig. Anyone else experiencing same thing?

Geiger Tech makes the universal mount for Hummingbird. They will sell you a mount.

I forgot to add I have a Helix 10 gen4 MSI unit as well. I have a tiller boat setup. Thought I had it figured out but not so sure now. I almost think I need a second unit up front to hook to Ulterra, then tie the units together.

Guys, I will be running an Ulterra one of these days when it comes in it will have the MSI transducer. I will be splitting off for a Mega 360 on a universal mount. What cable will allow me to use both the msi, and m360? Will above work?

Trust me. I will have pics. My mega 360, and one of my Helix 10’s on backorder. But I have vowed to battle thru. Bite is on and I gotta get out. How about a little prop help?

Hey guys Phil here again. I am hopeful to bring home my new baby this week. I am curious for those you running the 1890 w/sho 90 as to what prop you chose? Top end is not a big deal, but would like good holeshot & mid-range. I have been eyeing the hi-5 17″ pitch. Thanks
    Phil
