Lower Dells this weekend

    My brothers and I are meeting in the Dells for a good weekend of fishing and fun. We went down a few years ago and fished a bit in April but the water was 10ft over the banks and was ridiculously fast.

    That is our only experience. We are going to be staying the night a Rivers Edge and was just looking for a bit of guidance to make the most of our time on the water as we hunt for some decent walleyes or saugers.

    If water stays above 6′, and sure it will, you can venture down river a bit, and find some normally not available places to fish. Pay attention getting there and back to depths, but once below the rapids, you’ll find some neat areas.
