Heading up to Kab on Thursday. We usually just fish walleye but would like to do some crappie fishing as well. Any tips or general areas/depths to look for?? Thanks

I’m not familiar with Kab but I’d find out where the fish were shortly after the spawn and head that way and fish at roughly the same depths. A lot will depend on water temps too. Been real warm up there so that may influence this tidbit too.

October 3, 2017 at 12:08 pm #1718533That writing sounded just like Bob Jenson, and it was… and I have seen him fish there with that guide… They do catch them, I am betting that if you keep your eyes in the electronics in those bay areas, there’ll be fish for you to see on the screen… Then send down something that crappies like and if you catch them, increase the size and aggressiveness…
