Those twice baked potatoes are awesome. I got them from the local butcher often. They are hard to beat

No pics but do need to go on a diet after this weekend. Sloppy Joes, St. Louis Style Ribs, Brisket and Flank steak and all the things (crab dip, smoked salmon, smoked whitefish, Braunschweiger, and squid salad) from a stop at Morey’s in between.

I smoked chicken breast this weekend and put a whiskey glaze on them afterwards. They were awesome. First time smoking breasts like that. So simple, I’ll be doing much more of that

Haha yeah 4 days at the cabin can get a little excessive for a family of good cooks! My Mom taught us well, and makes sure no one in her vicinity goes hungry.

Spring Roll Salad! Great one for when its hot. Take all the ingedients you would find in a spring roll and skip the fussy rolling, add some strips of pork, little jalepeno & THAT AMAZING PEAUNUT sauce, wow so good-oh diced peaunuts too. Yum

Sounds like a blast Werm! Going to canada for a week of fishing Sunday and we are finally staying at a resort instead of tent camping THANK GOD! This year we have a full menu and not every dang meal is fish so that will be awesome! Apparently there is a huge group of 26 at the resort so it would have been a bit of a circus fighting in the cleaning shack with them.

Marinated and grilled up some chicken breasts and made a salad with them last night. Love salads on a hot summer day. Had leftovers for lunch

Yeah, Total Wine is my go-to liqour store, and they haven’t had cases of it the last few times, only 15 packs and no 16 oz cans. Also, used to be $11.99/case and if they have it, it’s like $18.99 now, so I switched to yuppie tongue jester Coors Light or Grain Belt for lighter beer.

Super easy – only a 30 min marinade and the smoke from the pellet grill is the cherry on top! I also brushed some of the marinade on during the cooking. Use uncooked shrimp, the texture is better than pre-cooked shrimp. remember to soak your skewer before-hand as well.

Glenn, those meatballs look good, what’s the gravy made from? Also do you need a Ketchup intervention, man that bottle is on the table way to often.
