I made a homemade meatloaf for supper tonight with mixed veggies and rice for sides and it was delicious! I’m curious… what do you put on meatloaf? I know lots of people prefer ketchup, but I glob on mayonnaise. I often get a weird look for that too! rotflol

Well, it does not qualify for whats for supper, more like whats for a snack?
I sliced up close to five pounds of a lean roast to make PS seasonings cracked black pepper and garlic jerky with this afternoon.
I canned the leftover six pounds that had a lot of marbling in it.

Those English Muffin Pizzas really bring me back. I used to make those all the time as a kid after school. I might have to fire those up one of these days, my boys would love ’em.

I made BBQ Shotgun shells on the smoker Sunday. They were good, but not sure worth all the hassle preparing them.

I just used pizza sauce, mozzarella, pepperonis, onion and some Italian seasoning. Simple to make and the English muffins make a great crust
