Here’s the Thanksgiving spread and creamy Turkey dumpling wild rice soup I made last night.

Dude! That soup looks fantastic! I really wanted to do that with our leftover turkey, but my wife made turkey noodle hotdish with crushed potato chips on top. It was fine, but pretty bland. I still have the Turkey carcass in the freezer, but will likely have to supplement any soup with some rotisserie chicken meat.

Thanksgiving dinner requires multi-butter dishes, obviously.
Also, the secret star of that show was the roasted brussel sprouts, finished with a dijon and maple syrup mixture. 10/10.
Shrimp, I shake them in shore lunch then dredge in egg wash and coat with panko bread crumbs
I love Thanksgiving dinner, but I might love the meals made from leftovers more. Turkey mushroom tetrazzini with mushroom tortellini.
Made a steak on my new Reqtec Bullseye and very impressed with that little smoker/grill.
