We are going to troll plugs for walleyes on Sandy-any advice on depth, speed or crank to use? We would probably pull Shad Raps in about 10′ if we do not hear otherwise-Thanks

It my favorite past time! I love to pull cranks with “new to the lake” friends. Good way to cover some ground, drink a few brewskies and have fun!

I recommend 7-12 feet with husky jerks approx. 1.9 to 2.3 one of my favorite colors is:
    Silver Blue
    2-1/2″
    HJ06SB

We are also nearing a good bottom bouncer bite with spinners.

I have a place at Eagle Point, don’t forget to pick me up with a full cooler!

If you can put us on fish we can put you on beer! Does a Husky J. on its own dive deep enough for 7-12? Thanks

Did you say you had a cabin up in McGregor or do you just frequent the area?
Maybe PM me and see if I can help you guys out! I think I will have a Saturday morning or evening available.
