Finally pushed all the right buttons to get back logged in. The action has been up and down in Two Rivers with the water not warming up over the summer. Rainbows and lake trout with some early morning kings mixed in have been the story the last couple of weeks. Spoons of all colors run at all levels have produced fish. No pattern and no hot spot, every day is a new day with the cold water and shifting winds and current. We hauled in a monster lake trout this weekend 24lbs and 40 inches long. The pier action has been hot for a month with brown trout hitting during the day and the kings coming in to feed over night. We are waiting for a big salmon run this year. There has not been many big catch days for kings this year on most of the lake and they do have to return in fall to run up the river.
