Terrova Remote won’t charge

    I have a 2020 Terrova I-Pilot link. The hand held remote will not charge. I bought a bought a new charging cable but that did not fix the issue. When I plug it in, It shows it is getting power, just not charging. What would cause this and how do I fix it. Thanks

    I had to replace the rechargeable battery.

    Make sure you use the male cig lighter to USB that came with it I had one that would not work.
