St. Louis River Musky Report

Trolled up on the St. louis yesterday for a few hours. Had one short rip, and got one in the boat, the fish we got was about 43-44 inches and was caught on a slammer 7 inch minnow bait, firetiger, with 40 feet of line out and we were trolling at 3-3.6 mph. we kept the boat in 14-20 feet of water and there was a ton of bait stacked up there. Water temps are in the mid 50’s.

Nice fish! ya the river has been very good this year. even us walleye guys cant keep em off our lines
I boated 4 in 2 weeks earlier this year, although none were over 41 inches but they still put up a heck of a fight
