    Been pretty quiet with no posts about what’s going on @ Spirit Lake IA

    Must be good since nobody is talking?

    LOTS of fishing pressure. The last week or so we have been fishing west lake so im not sure what has been going on recently. Last few time we were on spirit we did good on perch. Almost always have fish down there, sometimes its tough to get them to bite.

    I was on Spirit Sunday and crowded is an understatement, guessing 200+ easily just from what I could see. Bites slow they are biting very lite but persistance pays off. Big pressure ridges have formed this week making access interesting so I hear.

    The best bite has been 9 to 12 but you need a camera they are just sucking on the bait.

    that’s the way it was for me last February
    Caught 78 out of 80 thanks to the camera otherwise you’d never feel them.
    Is that bite am or pm?
