Has anyone heard how the Bass Fishing in the Siren, Webster area has been?
My son and I are going to visit his Godfather this weekend and this will be his first time out this year.

Hi Hollywood and welcome to IDA.
I was up that way the weekend before last.
The first lake I went to had big fish on their beds and the water temp was 65-66. I caught most of my fish here on a small worm or a senko. The next lake I went to was about 5 degrees cooler and I didn’t see any beds shallow, so I pulled off to the first drop with healthy green vegetation and starting throwing a tube and caught a whole bunch of fish. As of right now most fish are probably on beds or starting to pull off.
So to sum it up, the fishing is good, but I can’t help you with what they are doing , so I would just start as shallow as possible looking for beds or shallow cruisers and then work your way out to deeper water if the shallow fish aren’t there.
Thanks for your help if this wind goes down it should be a great weekend!
