Does anyone have any suggestions on the best anchor for a MX1825 on lakes like Leech & Winnie? Thanks in advance!

I really like the WaterSpike for an anchor.
They are different sizes, but the middle size should
    work just fine for you.

The Waterspike is a great anchor…be sure to follow the instructions and have the proper length of anchor rope.

Waterspike, 15′ of rope, 10# anchor, 30-100′ of line to boat.

This setup is more effective than running a chain from your waterspike.

A bungee between your anchor line and your boat will also help to absorb the shock of waves hitting your boat and busting your anchor loose.

When conditions aren’t windy, just drop the waterspike without the 10# anchor 15′ behind it.

best 2 options I have found is the richter anchor in the 18lb size and the water spike. Comes down to personal preference from there.

I’ve used a Waterspike in the past and now use a Richter on my boat. Both work well. I prefer the Richter because it seems to hold better for me in the places I fish. Just make sure you get the correct size, use a few feet of chain, and have enough rope for the water you usually anchor in.
