Simple ‘3’ themed turkey recipe

    13 lb bird
    Brine 3 days-3 tbs salt(dry brine)
    cook at 350
    3 hours
    30mn rest——–yum

    Better to get a couple of smaller birds than to go much more than 13lb

    Frozen? how long to thaw in the fridge? About 3 days.
