We got a chance to get away this past weekend. The lake was dirty and low. But we got fish. Saw guys speed tolling walleye. So we did the same. Got whites,crappies and catfish and walleyes. Most everything we got were skinny and need a good meal. The only thing that was hefty were some of the cats. Over the weekend we most of hooked and released over 75 walleyes . We all got our slot fish.but we did have fun. We talked with other fisherman there. They said.the bites been great like these since early August. I live about 2 hours away .and I would love to get back there. But to me it not worth all that time and trouble to get 2 little skinny walleyes. Hope you guys closer can go over there and have some fun.
