There will be lots of flotsam and jetsam on Minnetonka after tonight’s festivities. Life jackets, throwables, boat cushions, air mattresses, boat bumpers, cans and bottles, maybe even a bikini top or two. Get out there early and stock up. Garage sale to be announced later.
