Hey guys, heading up to Red Cedar for the 4th and was wondering if any one had recent reports or tips? I have been looking at Navionics and man this lake has a lot of structure and spots to try. I’ll be going for a mixed bag most likely and trying a bunch of tatics, slip bobber, lindy rig, cranks, jigs. I haven’t fished there much so if any one has any suggestions or advice its more than appreciated. Probably check out Balsam connected to red cedar also. Thanks in advance.

The wife’s cousin lives on the lake’s east shore. I haven’t heard anything about the lake yet this summer but last fall we hammered some really nice crappies.

We did good on keeper sized sunnies and perch. One 13″ walleye, didn’t really focus on them to much though; im sure one could do much better if they did. All in all it was a good time up there for the 4th. Great fireworks, especially watching from the boats we had tied together.
