Just bought a used Ranger (2015 621 FS).
What “style” are the seat posts/pedestals considered?
Boat has 4 seats but I also want to get a power pedestal with a butt seat for up front.
THANKS for any feedback

I know this is an older post, you’ve probably figured it out by now, but I’m in the process of buying a butt seat for the bow on my 1860VS, it seems most of them use the Springfield base with the 1 3/4 inch fitting, found mine on Amazon and I also ordered the Millennium casting/butt seat.
Thanks, I appreciate it. That’s about what I came up with.
It’s been astounding as to how poor the local Ranger dealer is at answering ANY questions.
it’s a Springfield Spring-Lock. 1.77″
https://springfieldgrp.com/product-category/removable/spring-lock-clip-lock/
– front and rear deck are Spring-Lock standard bases/posts
– rear seats in cockpit are Spring-Lock with locking bases/posts (these have a detent in the bottom of the post and a matching bump out in the cylinder hole in the base)
THANKS! for the feedback.
So far not real impressed being a new Ranger owner (New owner, used boat), hard to get questions answered, with a significant exception, Pamps in Green Bay (5 hours from me) has been GREAT to deal with.
Local guys, not so much.
