    Howz hidden falls ramp doing?

    The gates been locked the last couple times ive driven by.

    I thought i heard they were doing some drainage work down there related to the Ford plant construction project.
    So maybe thats why its locked 🔒?

    They are doing a big project to route the runoff from the Highland Bridges development down into the “falls” but that has nothing to do with the closed gates. St Paul Parks has been refusing to open when there’s any ice or snow on the ground at all. Gates were open today. Ramp totally clear but the ice shelf at the bottom will still probably prevent you from launching.
