    how do I read and reply to a personal message that is sent to me?

    Click on the title to open the message. Then hit reply after you read it. Then hit send.

    Click on your profile photo in the right-hand side top of the IDO page.

    Click on the messages tab, and then on the subject title to open the message. Then you just type your message in the white box and hit “send reply”.
