Last Week’s Adventures – 09/12/10

Contrats to Bob T & Pat M from Saginaw, Mn on another successful BIG walleye outing on Onaman . Pics are from their Friday trip, their 2nd in as many years. The day brought silly numbers of big walleyes all over 20 inches.

Also, Kyle G. and Craig H. from Kiel, Wi experienced the full flavor of Lake Nipigon. The day was full of exploration and LOTs of fish. And it brought one of the best shore lunches I have ever experienced . Not only was Nipigon good to the boys, but they also spanked fish on several inland lakes.

There is just something in the fall air this time of year that makes fishing very special. And with the small game season knocking on the door (Sept 15 opener) it’s about to get even better!

Nice fish photo’s!, the Nipigon lake area is definitely god’s country in my book! I used to do canoe trips up in that area back in the 70’s. good story, thanks for stirring up old memories.
