    got this guy and a few others last Friday in the rain. not bad for working the clay county fair and not planning on doing any fishing…..and my co-workers thought I was wasting my time bringing a rod with.

    VERY NICE!
    I caught my first 21″ smallie this summer and was impressed with the fight it gave me. I can only hope you enjoyed yours as much I did mine.

    That is a really good fish for east lake. West has some huge smallies too. I’ve been fishing Big Spirit just north of there with my best fishing now is on overcast days. Today was really good with 15 fish in 2 hours. One 20 incher, 3- 18 inchers and several between 17-15 inches. Ya have to travel a long way to get smallie action like that. congrats on that hog!
