    My next target is suckers. I swear this year I am keeping some to smoke.
    I know we got a ways yet but not too far. I chase them in northern Wi. Usually end of April or beginning of may. Different every year for sure.

    I will go early than that this year. Nice to have the water down.
    I will be up on the banks in Burnett Co.

    Suzuki just FYI brush up on ID skills there are some protected redhorse in WI waters.
    Smoked sucker is a great spring treat!

    Good thing I didnt keep any. I dont know the difference between redhorse and river redhorse.

    Suzuki if it is over 19 inches and has a red or orange tail release it and you will be good.
