Dove hunting today, fishing tomorrow!!!

    Heading out this afternoon to go dove hunting and then going to bed early to go fishing in the morning!!!

    I love this time of year!! Is anyone else hunting tonight or this weekend??

    Bagged a few this morning and planning on going out and filling the rest of my limit tonight . Sounds like the wind is going to blow tomorrow so I probably won’t get on the water until Sunday. Boy those euro asian doves are HUGE!!!

    It’s killing me not to be able to dove hunt today. I have to coach 8th grade football after school and then go to the varsity game tonight. I’ll hit it hard tomorrow and Sunday and Monday. Is the cooler nights affecting the number of doves you guys are seeing?

    They are bunched up BIG TIME out here in SW Nebraska. Good number too!!!!

    I went out and scouted a little last night and there is a bunch of doves around. The coolest night we’ve had here in the SE part of the state was around 52 or so.
    I’ll let you all know how we did when I get home tonight.
