Fished Lynn,Optiz, Enemy Swim and Waubay. Resort we stayed at said storm rolled in couple days before we got there and shut down the bite. We struggled to get graphed fish to bite using jigs and live bait or crank baits. It wasn’t till I tried slow death rigs with bottom bouncers at about 1 mph that we caught fish with any frequency. It was still very slow and size was small for our mixed bag. The sunfish we caught all came off the slow death rigs as well and are still full of spawn and and in 12 to 16 ft of water. We kept enough for one fish fry and released everything else. biggest walleye 18 inches, Sunny 10 inch, caught and released many smb upto 18 inches. We also caught many small walleye and white bass on waubay on the slow death rigs. We had 4 boats with 12 guys and could not get a limit of walleye on any lake with 15 inch min. mostly 14 in every where you go. This was one of my slowest trips out there for size and 1st without a perch. Been going there for 10 years.
