I’ll surmise I’m the only one celebrating National Catfish Day today. neutral

And yet in another ironic tangle, this could descend into another political tornado…Republican President devil

Here’s the origins for most I’m sure already know…. roll

How National Catfish Day Came to Be Marked:
It is a day that is observed in the United States to celebrate the value of farm-raised catfish. It was former US President Ronald Reagan who designated June 25 as National Catfish Day in 1987. He issued the Presidential Proclamation after the US Congress called for the day to be established in House Joint Resolution 178.”

No matter for me…’cause I’m not “Walking in Memphis”, but there’s catfish on the table.

Yep, catfish, grits, cornbread and a side ‘o’ slaw. peace

Didn’t have fish at all yesterday, but still had a toast to all the catfish farmers across our country…and did a little reminiscing. toast
