Fall River Walleye Fishing

Darrrell and I went up the river ,way past the Big Sioux on the Missouri river.This afternoon to try his new 9.9 Yamaha out. We trolled, working out all the little bugs in the motor . Once he got used to it . We ended up with our 8 keeper walleye .Largest 25 in. Plus a Big pike. We trolled lead core over the deep waterhole and in the channel. Darrell got most of the walleye and the big pike. As he figured out the pattern and I had no clue. I am not much of a lead core and less of a deep water fisherman. Water was clean & very high. great day of walleye fishing on the river.

Darrel custom painted some wally divers, blue and silver flake over white. As far as where we were . Darrel knows the river better than I. I was lost . Cutting in-between islands and sand bars . Wow !!! What a day!!!
