    Now Glenn we all know you eat crappies if you manages to catch any larger that 3″, like all those sunfish you are so proficient at catching. Remember now that a “keeper” bear is bigger than a bag of potatoes so use open sights to get a real picture of how big the beast is before pulling the trigger.

    Now as far as bait goes, you could take a jar of your sauerkraut and eat it cold right out of the jug. A bear get a whiff of that stick bait and it’d be all over you for a taste. Nice close shot.

    26 days till baiting starts………getting pumped!!!!! alot of work but sure is fun. fighting skeeters and deer/horseflies!!!! doah something about seeing them big logs thrown about like they are nothing. talked to a CO up inthearea, says there’s alot of bear and seems there a bit bigger then a few years ago.
