With the spring Smallmouth action remaining pretty consistent weather dependent we have been having pretty good action daily. With todays location the winds were perfect for our location and we experienced fantastic action for shallow water action for Smallmouth Bass. All of our fish came on a variety of different soft plastic presentations but one of our best baits were our 4 inch Moxies fished close to the bottom trying to imitate the Goby which the Bass have been feeding on heavily since there arrival to the Great Lakes. Our Bass action will continue to remain strong through out the late fall so lots of time to take advantage of the action. Good fishing and as always be safe.
