He was from Iowa but grew up in Minnesota so it’s an upper Midwest thing.

It could have been….driver was probably on his way home from work.
February 19, 2022 at 8:41 am #2101107sounds about right, actually had what’s called a snow squall this morning. Pretty crazy but zero visibility almost immediately, never seen anything like it had to pull over and sit there.
