I am planning on coming up over Mem. weekend and was wondering how the fishing has been so far on the chain? More than likely I will fish at least on day on the chain and was wondering if anyone has water temps and weed growth info that I can use to plan for.

Welcome to the board. It has been pretty windy. I didn’t get out last week but hope to know more soon. It is a good idea to stay to the north side of any Mad chain lakes this time of year as the water warms quicker. If you are planning on fishing here on Memorial day weekend, I would plan to night fish or very early as the lakes are a zoo and a half on that one.
