Lowrance graph not showing depth

    The sonar version showed 0.0.0 and he said should be between 4-5. Hooked it to my other unit and did same thing. Sonar version showed 1.8.0 and he said should still be between 4-5

    Did you get it to work yet? What your sensitivity set at?

    Just a update turns out it wasn’t the transducer. 220 dollars later it is fixed. The original guy who installed it didn’t hook up a wire. So we are sending the transducer back. They guy I originally took it to was busy winterizing so took it to basspro service center. The original guy is going to do a free winterization and make up the difference.
