Thinking about heading down this way to race in a triathlon and wouldn’t mind trying to get some fishing in on the trip. Anyone have information on what type of fishery there is to offer on Tuttle Creek Lake?
Thanks.

Actually, if you’re boating, i’d suggest pott #2..just up in the hills…beautiful little lake…not a lot of big bass, but some…
For some interesting fishing, consider Rocky Ford…it’s downstream from the outlet (tubes) and you can find drum, walleye, sauger, white bass, cats, bass, carp and gar… Can be fun…river pond at places can be pretty good too.
Lots of folks fish the outlet below the dam at Tuttle.
Fishing Tuttle can be tough…most folks I know either used to hit cats on the upper end….or fish the crappie spawn in some of the coves…
