My wife, her cousin and her friend spend the weekend in Bayfield. Went out Sunday 2/15 on a half day trip. Originally we were supposed to go 2/14 but it was very cold and guide thought it would be better and safer to do our trip Sunday. We used Beyond the Catch guide service. We ended up with 5 lake trout. Only two were in the slot in the few hours we were out. We marked a ton more but we couldn’t get them to bite. Some of us used bobb’n hoops that made it interesting. We fished a long a edge that went from 60 FOW to 200 in the matter of a few hundred feet. We were in about 90 FOW.
