After helping out Recycled Fish at the Fishapalooza, Travis and I decided to go do some prefishing for the Frankie’s chisago shootout, found a bunch of perch right away but after drilling some more holes we did find a stack of fish on a weed to sand transition. The fish were tight to this edge and some of the holes not even 10 feet away held no fish. Once we got them dialed in though we caught fish pretty regular with some that would definitely be some nice tournament fish. Travis got all of his fish on a chartreuse fatboy and a glow plastic and i got mine in a glow red Genz Worm with a chartreuse plastic.
Going to hit it again tomorrow since I have the day off work.
