I have a cable and can power my unit up… but can’t get it out of simulation mode without a transducer. Want to use it on the ATV for mapping – is there a way around having a transducer hooked up? I played with it – and looked around on line.

I believe you have to turn off Sonar in one of the setup screens. Don’t have one handy to test unfortunately.

Same screen where you adjust the brightness. Push the power button.

You can also try the startup screens where you press exit. A more permanent solution may be in there. Been a while since I played with mine.

I think you can turn off the views you don’t want to see.

Thanks all! Got the sonar off, and changed out of simulation mode…. working perfectly on the ate now.

Are you able to use the Lakemaster map without the transducer?

Yes, you can use mapping with the transducer off.
