Like any river, it all depends on how fast she melts and how much spring rain we get. So far, the snow has been steadily melting. But with the exception of the rain a week ago, there has been no flooded ditches, and what did flood drained quickly.

No offense to anyone on the lakes, but I hope it does… the last week in july. Best fishing I ever had 2 years ago when it flooded in july. Go out and catch all the walleye you want all day long.

It truly amazes me how the FDA can allow that place to remain in operation after all the flooding that place takes. Don’t get me wrong, the food is fantastic and is always clean, but the constant flooding can’t make for a “sterile” environment.

That made me hungry for a popover. It’s probably been 10 years since I have been there.
