HDS9 bottom half of screen is not working half the time

    HDS9 bottom half of screen is not working half the time. When the bottom half works it is a lighter color. I have tried the soft and hard reboots. Did not help. Thinking of taking the back off and seeing if there is moisture in the unit. Any ideas?

    Don’t….send it in before taking it apart. It will cost you more in the long run fixing yourself. Or trying to fix yourself. Unless you have torn into a laptop and know what you are doing more than likely will do more damage than good.
