Are the catfish spawning near the dam? Anyone have an idea of water temp.?

The flatheads are just about done down this way. My friend got a 38 lb’er the other night that was 51″ long. She was probably full of eggs.
Didn’t know where Harland reserviour was, found out its in Nebraska and is for walleyes, sorry for the post. Hey even catfishermen make mistakes
June 3, 2010 at 5:25 am #876952I would guess that it’s still just a bit early for them down there, but if not, I would think we’d be on the front side of the spawn. Haven’t heard much about cats down at Harlan for quite some time now.
June 3, 2010 at 5:23 pm #877074Our catfish are the last fish to spawn every year. The catfish spawn in Nebraska waters is late June and even into July.
There is some good pre-spawn fishing RIGHT NOW!
