Going up to Mille lacs camping.

    Hey I am heading up to Mille lacs fishing/camping this weekend. Wondering if anyone has any luck fishing. Gonna try the south side. Will be my 2nd time fishing Mille lacs from the boat. Don’t care what we catch. Just looking to have fun and enjoy the weather. Any tips would greatly be appreciated. Thanks! Don’t need any specific spots. Just a general idea would be sweet

    Go shallow, but beware of the rock reefs. You should do well on about anything. MTT tournament so you should see a bunch of boats running around.

    I was out today for 5-6 hours boated 20-25 fish on the west side of the lake in 15-18ft. Jog and shiner.

    It’s been spotty-
    Save yourself the trouble and just go to Winnie or leech.

    Didn’t get any eyes but northerns were on fire. Got a 45 inch musky trolling for walleyes on number five shad raps.
