    From the 2 guys I know who trap, they don’t plan on doing much this season except pest control. They say there are warehouses full of pelts everywhere so there is a huge backlog/glut on the market before the season even opens.

    Select mink, Fisher, Sable, wolf, and very hard graded ranch mink have done well in the early summer auctions. Speculation on rats, coon, coyote (non heavy westerns) isn’t strong. Don’t take rats until fully prime
