Here’s a couple photos from Terry “ace” Sjoberg to continue along with the “show and tell” we have going to get everyone through the winter blues! Think spring guys!

This first pike is a beautifully marked 38″ specimen.

This second dandy fish taped 35″.

When does the pike bite hit prime time up on Vermillion Ace and if you had to pike one technique/lure for the big northerns, would you be willing to share that with us? Thanks in advance.

Make sure to stop back in a couple days everyone… we’ll post a few more pics!

If anyone else has a photo or two they’d like to share with us here at FTL, simply send the photo out as a .jpg attachment in an e-mail to [email protected] and we’ll gladly get that posted here just as quickly as we can.

    Hi All,
Those big pike were taken on muskie sized cranks trolled along the deep breaks. Most of the large
pike move deep when water temps rise above 65.
Fish this size aren’t rare on the Big V, you just
have to adjust your presentation to get the lure where the fish are.

    Ace Guide Service.
    Beautiful Lake Vermilion.
