The Beltrami County Sheriffs Department issued an order closing Upper Red Lake to Truck traffic, access is still allowed by ATV, snowmobile and foot.
It is rumored that several vehicles went through the ice last night. I guess that all of us knew that this would eventually happen, what the heck, it is April 7 already!
Most all of the resorts will still be open, but parking will be limited.
